Discipline Plan 
Norms:
1. I will be polite at all times.
2. I will work quietly and not disturb others.
3. I will listen courteously when other are talking.
4. I will be friendly to fellow classmates.
5. I will be truthful and honest.
6. I will respect my teacher and other adults.
7. I will be prepared for class every day. (Includes completion of home learning)
8. I will arrive on time.
9. I will cooperate with others.
10. I will always do my best.
Rewards:
1. Verbal praise
2. Earn ticket for “Team Pot".
3. Extra “My Fav” Time (i.e. Computer, Learning Centers, etc.)
4. Student of the Month nomination.
Consequences:
1. Two verbal redirectors and change of conduct pin.
2. Written note in school agenda and/or phone call to parents.
3. Detention.
4. Parent/Teacher Conference.
5. Referred to school administrator.
